JF NDT recognises that these standards have to be maintained at a high level given the hostile and challenging environments it works in and the importance of these standards to its customers. Where customers have specific industry or in-house requirements over and above general industrial standards, JF NDT has sufficient depth of competent resource and appropriate systems in place to be able to comply.
It is the policy of JF NDT to comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations and review the environmental aspects of working practices and designs and pursue all activities within its control in such a way as to reduce their environmental impact. In order to achieve the aims of this policy JF NDT operates an environmental management system in line with ISO 14001:2015.
JF NDT operates a health and safety management system in line with ISO 18001:2007 OHSAS. The company aim is to comply with the terms of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work regulations 1999 and subsequent amendments and to provide and maintain a healthy and safe working environment. The company's health and safety objective is to minimise the number of instances of occupational accidents and illnesses and ultimately to achieve an accident-free workplace. All employees are provided with such equipment, information, training and supervision as is necessary to implement this policy and achieve the stated objective. JFNDT is a member of the British Safety Council.
The JF NDT quality policy is to ensure that inspection services provided to customers are fit for their intended purpose and conform to customer requirements, national and international standards and company procedures. To continually improve the quality of these services, the company is regularly audited internally, by customers and by independent assessors to ensure it meets their exacting requirements and the requirements of the standards. JF NDT works in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO 9001:2015.
